Our team of highly accomplished experts brings decades combined experience in Human Capital Administration, encompassing not just Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), but Strategy, Organization Design & Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Systems Management, Employee Engagement, Employment Law, and Talent & Performance Management, Operations, and all other HR areas.
OAIB is structured to scale, having a wide network of trainers and experts to bring into any engagement, as needed. Any expert we bring in will be vetted and familiar with our holistic approach.
We hold certifications, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Human Resources, Coaching, and Counseling. We come from top-tier firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting, and Procter & Gamble, and regularly publish articles and present on DEIB, dismantling structural racism, and other industry best practices.
In our spare time, we are board members and leaders in nonprofit organizations committed to dismantling structural racism, including the National Association of African American in Human Resources, Associated Black Charities of Baltimore, and Girls Empowerment Sierra Leone.
