Jess Newton MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced, proactive, and client-focused HR professional with over 12 years of diverse human resources experience.
While experienced with all aspects of HR strategy and implementation, specialties include HR operations, compensation, benefits, and coaching.
Jess is an adjunct professor in Towson University’s Human Resource Development (HRD) program.
Jess earned a B.A. in Management from Hood College and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Towson University. She is also a certified human resources professional through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
