Hennither Gant brings her unique expertise as a first-generation American from Sierra Leone, West Africa, to OAIB’s DEIB work.
With more than 13 years’ experience in human resources, Hennither provides DEIB strategy, training, to all range of organizations.
She has lead diversity and inclusion initiatives such as facilitating sensing sessions, conducting alternate workplace dispute resolutions, consulting on employment law, and coaching individuals, groups, and leaders.
Hennither’s training in mediation and background in education allows her to simply meet her clients where they are, guiding them through a personal process of re-discovery, ensuring they are equipped with tools for transformation.
Hennither holds a certification in Diversity & Inclusion, Masters in Human Resources, and serves a leader with the National Association for African Americans in Human Resources.
